Souparnika Nair Got A Big Start In Music Before ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Audition
Souparnika and her family emigrated to the UK in 2014. She was born in Kerala’s Trivandrum and already had a huge interest in music as early as two years old. Her family encouraged her to sing and play piano starting at the age of five. Her first live television performance was on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show where she put on a memorable performance of “I Dreamed A Dream” in front of 2,000 people at the London Palladium. This was only the beginning for her as she became a global phenomenon before appearing on Britain’s Got Talent. “Anyone else recognize Souparnika from Michael Mcintyre’s Big Show?” speculation on Twitter began before her big audition.
According to Entertainment Daily, Michael pretended to be a children’s career advisor, who was trying to help Souparnika choose between becoming a doctor, scientist, dancer or singer. He then revealed his identity to surprise Souparnika and invited her to sing at the London Palladium at the end of the show. “She is continuing to work hard. When she showed natural talent in Western music, we decided to promote that. Music lessons are continuing, and she wants to be a professional musician traveling around the world” her father said of her tremendous talent.
She Already Has A Huge Fanbase Online
While the Britain’s Got Talent live shows were halted due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Souparnika posted a ton of new covers on Youtube.
